Legal Question in Personal Injury in Illinois

Transmission of sexually transmitted disease.

I have an immune disease, & an STD could devastate my health & life. My boyfriend & I agreed to a monogomous relationship & had prior testing to insure no STDs. He lied about the date of his last sexual contact, knowingly negating the test results & has repeatedly engaged prostitutes since. I've been diagnosed with 2 STDs. I can document our agreement, testing, & his sexual contacts thru e-mails (between us and others), phone and computer records, his daytimer, medical records, etc. He does not yet know that I have the STDs or that I have gathered this information about his activities.

Do I have any legal recourse?
