Legal Question in Personal Injury in Illinois

Hi, my name is Ty and i want to build a mini halfpipe (Skateboard ramp) in my back yard but there is one problam although my house is pretty much surrounded by a tall wood fence i was wondering if somebody hopped over my wood fence into my back yard to skate the ramp and they got hurt while i wasnt at the house would i be liable for him/her to so me? If so is there anyway to make it so i wouldn't be liable if this happened for example put a sign visably next to it saying skate at your own risk or somthing along those lines.

The fence, a sign that says no skateboarding and insurance should do the job.
