Victim of assult

My son was a victim of assult and 2 17yrs are charged with felony assult. Should we have an attorney even when the court is asking for restatution?

You do not need an attorney for the criminal case since your son is not charged. If you are pursuing a civil case for his damages, you should hire an attorney. Good luck.
