I cannot answer that question without more information - how did the accident occur? Was it an automobile accident? Does the other driver have insurance, and if so, how much? What kind of treatment did you receive? Did you lose out any time from work? Please call me at 312-425-9100 to discuss.

There is not way to tell you what your case is worth without first having reviewed your case in details. If you do not have an attorney, you need to get yourself one because one thing that is certain, is that you will short change yourself without one.

I hope this helps-

There are many factors involved and you need to repost with more information or contact one of the attorneys who responds. One factor is the degree of fault for what happened. In Illinois, a victim must be less than 50% at fault in order to obtain a settlement or verdict in his favor. Some but not all of the factors that may apply include the amount in time and expense for medical care, whether you lost any time from work, whether you can still do the activites ( both work and recreational)that you did before the injury, whether you are in pain, taking meds, likely to miss work in the future and/or to require medical care in the future. Hope this helps you.

Good previous answers. Also, a fractured vertebrae is probably going to be worth less than a herniated disc.
