Legal Question in Product Liability in Illinois

So unless in the owners manual some type of ''breach of contract'' was made due to what was mentioned earlier, One would not have a claim against a dealer or manufacturer for an airbag not deploying during an accident? I ask this because i was T-Boned Earlier today and my airbag did not deploy. I was wondering if there were any legal actions I could take.
