Do used car dealers have to stand good for a vechicle that lost the within 30 days if it had an as is sticker on it?

Once you have purchased an "As Is" vehicle, you are stuck with anything that happens to the car. It is your right, BEFORE, having purchased the vehicle to have the car totally checked and evaluated by anyone you see fit. Once the transaction is complete, you are out of luck...

If you are talking about a defect for which a dealer might, if it chose, assume responsibility, the answer is that you are SOL. If you are talking about a manufacturing defect in the car, for which the original manufacture might be responsible, there is a remote chance of a valid claim.
Your question was garbled (missing description after the word "lost")so there is no way for an attorney to tell what the defect, of which you talk, is.
