Zip tie in Jays chips bag
I was eating a bag of jays potatoe chips and there was a zip tie mixed in with the chips that i almost swalloed and hurt my throat a lil. What do i need to do and can i sue.

You need to move on with your life.
If you have not been injured by the zip tie as you have indicated there is no injury to sue upon. Even if you were to sue, it does not appear from what you have written that there is anything serious about this event and so your case is going to be so small that is simply not worth it.

You need to keep the bag and zip tie and go to a doctor to detemine if there is any permanent damage to your throat. If you have had nightmares or psychologica damage, you need to seek professional help. If there is permanent damage or emotional damages confirmed by a professional seek an attorney.
