Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois

I own 1/2 a home. The courts have ordered that I keep up the internal maintenance and the other owner keeps up the external maintenance. The driveway has weeds over 4 foot tall. How can this be resolved?

Sorry, nobody owns "1/2" of a home. You may have a 50% undivided interest as a tenant in common, or this could be an inarticulate divorce settlement agreement provision. Please have an attorney review the relevant documents. Your only remedy may be, depending on various factors, having the work performed and filing a lien against the other "1/2" interest.
