our 1 year lease is about to be up the landlord has asked we allow a real estate agent into the home to take pictures which will include our furniture i dont mind anyone making an assessment but not with my furniture to see what the value of their property is

On its face your resistance appears unreasonable. Why do you care whether the furniture appears?

Your lease may have a provision regarding showing the property during the last weeks or months of the lease. Absent that, you have what is called a "right to quiet enjoyment," which I believe would be violated by allowing a real estate agent to march through and photograph the property.
