adding my son to a condo title after closing

I like to add my son to a title in our newly closed condominium, someone suggested to ude quick claim deed. How can I do it? Do I need a lwyer?

You can certainly add your son using a quit claim deed, but there are other ramifications to doing so (i.e. you may or may not want to do this from an estate planning perspective). I strongly suggest you contact an attorney for guidance and assistance.
