Can you use adverse possession on your own home in foreclosure in the state of Illinois

If you are suggesting that your possession of the home is somehow adverse to the rights and interests of the mortgage, no. If you're suggesting you own adjoining land and have been using the land being foreclosed adversely to the owner of the mortgaged land and have a claim to the mortgaged land through adverse possession that would not defeat a validly existing mortgage, but you've provided so little information it is impossible to tell.
