Amendments to Article IX of the Code of Civil Procedure???

please advise if there have been any recent changes/developments where there may be a reversal of the ''Forcial Entry'' stuff with regard to nonpayment of condo assessment fees. I have read all I can hold online regarding Article IX & Mary E. Harms, Sept 2002. Has there been anything since 2002, REVERSING these decisions, where the Homestead Exemption would prevail? what rights does this ''poor'' have? poverty puts us out???

None that I am aware of - you receive notice and if you do not comply you must leave.
