apartment leasing problem.

My dad has rented out 2 apartment to 2 tenants without using any application only used word of mouth. for a binding contract. now the tenants arent paying the rent.

one tenant has called the inspectors.

she hasnt paid rent in over 2 months.

what kind of an attorney can i get for a problem like this?
