Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois

I have asked a similar question here on Lawguru recently,sorry to ask again, but I am confused about the professional title and license requirements of Mortgage Foreclosure Consultants in Illinois. Are Distressed Property Consultants and Mortgage Foreclosure Consultants the same in Illinois? Is a license required to be a Distressed Property Consultant in Illinois? The Mortgage Act names them as Distressed Property Consultants and not Mortgage Foreclosure Consultant, which I asked about. I need to know the laws concerning Distressed Property Consultants and if Distressed Property Consultants need a license and if there are educational requirements for the license in Illinois?

The Illinois Mortgage & Foreclosure Act mentions NO such "consultants" and there are no such licenses in Illinois issued by the Department of Professional Regulation. If you think otherwise, contact them by phone.
