Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois
I am not an attorney and I am representing myself in court. The attorney that I wanted to sue here is representing the plaintiff that is suing me at the moment.
Can I sue this attorney for tricking me into signing an agreement and promised to send me a copy of the signed agreement afterward but in fact never did so?
Since I did not have a copy of this legal document, I was not able to defend myself in court when the plaintiff sued me.
I called the plaintiff's attorney office to request for a copy of the signed agreement since I do not remember what was agreed upon and also a copy of the Judge's order, but the attorney's office said that they don't have to send me anything at all.
After court hearing, since I am not an attorney and I don't have an attorney to represent me, so the plaintiff's attorney would have to write up the order for the Judge to sign. Can I sue this attorney for failing to send or serve me a copy of the Judge's order but in fact never did so?
Would this be a negligence on the attorney's part?
Can I sue this attorney and the plaintiff for not sending me any notice, agreement or judgement or any warning at all before evicting me?
Thank you!

You cannot sue the attorney for the things you mentioned. The Plaintiff's Attorney is pledged to represent the Plaintiff. The Defendant defends themselves.
Get an attorney - this is not DIY. The courts/counties do not supply attorneys to civil litigants - only criminal. Maybe you can find a Legal Services agency that can help. However, they usually only help when the litigant's income is below a certain level.
PS I do not try cases.
