Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois
My aunt just recently passed n she has a adult daughter,my aunt inherited property from her mother which was my grandmother..when my aunt passes her daughter tried to get the property in her named n found out it's still in my grandmothers name but the insurance for the property is in my deceased aunt name.we had an issue on the property n the insurance company won't honor the claim what can we do

Get an attorney. Open proper probate estates for the grandmother and your aunt, and then the administrator may be able to adjust the claim.
