Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois

I just got my bankruptcy discharge papers and am allowing my lender to foreclose on my condo. When exactly does the foreclosure appear on my credit report? Is it when I have been given notice to leave my condo or does it not go on my report until the bank actually sells it again?

Depends on when the lender decides to report it, but I would guess your first option would be more likely.
