my brothers and myself inherited my grandmothers home and our stepgrandfather was allowed too stay until death.upon his death his niece who was his executor asked for time too clear out house.she approached us too pay us a set fee too walk away because she was overwelmed with the task of cleaning out the house.we agreed and she paid us by check and rather than her cleaning out the house we did.my question is anything that we may have found of value after she paid too walk away does she have any claim too come back for it.there was nothing wrote out just a verbal agreement and a check for 3000.00 we got

It is her word against yours regarding the verbal agreement. No one ca ntell you how a court would rule. However, the payment of $3000 without a reservation is pretty good documentation in your favor.
