Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois
I bought a moble home 6 years ago. Now I want to sell it. I can't find the title. I went to get a replacement and I was told that the home is not in my name and it has a lien on it from 10 years ago. I can't find the previous owners. I went to gambino's and talked to the president /(Broker). He suggested I demolish the moble home. I think that its to nice to throw away. What should I do?

You could try renting it out until such time as the lien is paid off.
