Boyfriend moved out 2 years ago, now wants to sue me for things he left, can he do that?

He cna sue. Whether he can win is another issue. Of course, you could charge him a reasonable fee for storing the items. How much would it cost in your area for him to rent a storage facility large enough to store his items? Find that out and assert a claim for that amount for the period of time when he left them. My guess is that he will go away.
