Breach of Contract?
my sister and her husband bought 35 acres of land from my parents. They are making installment payments every year. My sister has deeded a piece of the property to her son for $1.00. According to the contract the land cannot be sold, assigned, conveyed or mortgaged without the signature of the sellers, which my mother stated she never signed. Is this a breach of contract? According to the contract my mother can take back this property and any improvements. Would this include the new home built by my sisters son? Thank you.

You need to have a lawyer look over the documents in order to best answer your question. The sale to your nephew may be void under the original contract.
