Can I buy my foreclosed house back

Can I buy my foreclosed house back from the purchaser if I can sercure financing? How long must I wait?

Yes you can, if they are willing to sell it to you. If there are any subordinate liens, you will probably still be responsible for them. There is no time limitation, so you could buy it today if the owner is ready to sell it.
