Can you buy a home without disclosing the purchaser name? And how could I do that.

Purchasing a home is done by contract. Contract law requires that the purchaser's name, as well as the seller's, be on the contract. Otherwise, how would a court of law know who the parties are if there is a dispute regarding the property? After you purchase a home, you could create a land trust to hide your name.

If you are paying cash, you need to use a land trust or form a trust or LLC. If using a mortgage, that becomes more problematic.
