Buying a home

I am in the process of buying a home and closing in one week. The seller advertised a appliance allowance of $500.00 on MLS and on a sheet of paper in the kitchen. The seller now states they will not provide a appliance allowance. Normally I would not pursue but seller is very annoying.

Is it in the Contract? If not I don't think you have a legal leg to stand on. Practically, why not bring it up right now and push to delay. I'd need to hear more about your specific situation but I'm guessing Seller wants to sell this and it's not a great real estate market right now.
