Buying mobile home from park

We are going to buy a mobile home from the person who is paying it's lot rent, but we want to move it. He still owes the lot owner some money for the home since he bought it from him. Is there any way I will be responsible for any lot rent since I don't have any kind of lease with the park, and I will be moving it?

It's doubtful you'd owe anything since a lease is a personal contract for possession of real estate. But I'm not an expert in that area and the safest thing to do is to look at the seller's lease with the park.
