CC&R's
i was made to sign I recieved them
when I purchased my condo. They
require all pets must use service
elevators. Our Management office
says Il Condo Act is the only law and
refuses to enforce our CC&R's

Let me just give you generally how the so-called condo docs interact with the IL Condominium Property Act. The condo docs cannot be inconsistent with the Act. However, there are many things not in the Act that are perfectly enforceable in condo docs. Pet restrictions being a prime example.

Not sure what CC&R's are. Shoud enforce Declaration and Bylaws as written unless conflict with Condo Act is serious one.
