Some of the documents need to be notarized, and most lenders prefer that you sign them with their approved closing agent to ensure everything is done properly.

First of all, let me apologize for the delay in answering your question. You'll need to talk to your lendr about the mechanics of that if they'll allow it. They may ask for a power of attorney in that regard.
