Can my Commercial landlord (Management Company) threaten to evict me for not requesting to accept my lease option period in writing?

IF the lease said it had to be in writing, it is possible. But so what? If you want to exercise the option then talk to a commercial leasing attorney about how to try and get that accomplished. There has to be more to the story and this is not the forum for that kind of review or consultation.
