I completed a deed in lieu of foreclosure in 4/2013 and lender has forced escrow for property taxes from 2012. Must I pay?

The deed in lieu agreement you signed should tell you. If you don't have one that's a problem. But if you do and just don't know where to look, time to have an attorney help out.
