Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois

i own a condo unit im in 3rd floor i have 2 small kids ,and were planing to move in a house with backyard,were most of the kids dream to play.but the problem is in our condo building association rent is not allowed,and nowadays we are in bad economy its hard to sell a house or condo we talked to some agents to sell our unit but they having the same answer..we gonna end upside down and we can not afford of lossing a lot ,so the option is our place should be rent out...but the president of the association will not allowed us..is there any possible ways to answer my problems..can we still have a chance to rent our place ?

If your condo doesn't allow rentals you can try to get that changed but that is a difficult process with no guaranty of success.
