Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois

What are the consequences for failure to file a Supreme Court Rule 222 Disclosure Statement? The Plaintiff Attorney told me he would request an extension but the judge denied. He told me I did not have to show up at court so I did not. I did not recieve a copy of the order from the court. The attorney emailed me a copy on the day the answer was due so I could not file that. It also ordered me to file the rule 222 disclosure which I have missed the deadline. I do not have an attorney and can't afford one so I had no idea what the disclosure was. I am worried about failing to file these. What are the consequences? Help!

The judge has the discretion of barring your introduction of undisclosed evidence. Contact your local bar association and the ARDC for help with this matter.
