New Construction Warranty
Our new construction warranty is about to expire and the builder has not fixed anything re:leaking roof and windows, rusting fence. He has been sent several certified letter with these complaints. Anything we can do to get these repairs done..

You have to file a lawsuit within one year of purchase. That's usually the length of the warranty. The contractor is hoping you do nothing, and you lose your rights.
