Contract buy out/release

My question is about a contract buyout. I signed a buy contract with the seller. I then market and find a new buyer. I sign a contract with the new buyer and me as the seller. I then get a contract release signed by the original seller and I get the spread.

I am looking for a contract release/invoice or a contract buy out. Thanks for your help. Any questions let me know.

You would be best served by having an attorney help you draft what you need, not relying on a form document. Find an attorney in your area that can put these documents together for you to ensure that your intersts are protected.
