Contractual dispute
Purchased a new home on 1-14-97. Purchase agreement included a central a/c system. Did not notice that clause until 11 months later whilesearching for warraty info. In the interim, I paid for the installation of a a/c system to the cost of 1990.00. Contacted the builder on 1-7-98 and informs of the a/c discrepancy and requested reinbursement for the unit i purchased. Via his atty. he stated that 'clause' was a mistake and he refused to reinburse. Case is pending in small claims court. What do you think are my chances?
