Who has control over property?

My wife and I are getting a divorce. She moved out two months ago but she is still on the mortgage and title. Does she have any say as to who I have come to the house? She has threatened to call the police if certain people come over.

Hello. To protect yourself, since your wife is

a co-owner, I suggests that you go to Court with

a motion to award you exclusive use and occupancy

of the residence. This should reduce any threats from your wife. Will be happy to answer
