Deceased Mother's home
I would like to remove my name from the deed of my deceased mother's home and put my nephew's on the the deed how do I go about this?

A deed conveying your interest to your nephew would do the job. You might want to consult with an attorney, because there may be tax liabilities, etc. of which you should be aware.
