The deeds states "As joint tenants with right of survivorship and not as tenants in common " The deed is under my name and 2 other sisters as well as my father who is deceased. My father had a spouse she is not on the deed. The deed was made on May 9,2009 which is not recorded as of yet however when we did tried to recorder in Cook County they had provide my sister a declaration dcoument which we have no idea what it's for and what we need to record this deed since we really want to rent it out and sell in the future. Also would the spouse right toward the property since her name is not listed in previous deeds as well as this one? Also who and how do we go about filing the interest to cliam toward the IRS taxes. Please help!
