how too get a driveway agreement gone
how get the driveway gone in between houses. ben 2 years the guy will not talk. sent letters to him the lawyers send letters he will not talk. it a mutually agree from april 28,1958 how to got him stop driving thru my property? thank you!

Unfortunately, I cannot completely understand the problem. If it is your property and he has no rights to it (written or by usage), you do have rights to block it or otherwise.
