The right of eminent domain

Tthe owner just invested a large portion of his money into his business and under this law, the government is using his property and only giving him market value for his property. My question is--what can he do to get the fair amout of money? can he appeal this in court or what?

Eminent Domain problem

A law suit is the traditional method to determine the value of property when a governmental agency and an individual(s) have a dispute as to the value of the property taken by eminent domain. See a lawyer before it is too late.
