Eminent domain - thank you

Wanted to say tks to response on emient domain. Statute of limitations might apply - over 9 yrds but how could we know until they sold it 10/06?

I'm not sure if you're asking me a question or not. I think you mean adverse possession, not eminent domain. And if I understand what you're saying, there may be a "discovery" rule (I'd have to research it) that says the statute of limitations starts to run from when it was discovered or when a reasonable person could've discovered it. But I'm not sure if there's a discovery rule with adverse possession because the use is supposed to be "open & notorious" meaning a reasonable person would've noticed it.

I'm not sure if that makes sense to you but in any case I'm making a lot of assumptions since I don't really understand your question or even if you're aasking a question.
