Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois

I'm being evicted from my condo for noise violation. I've already paid obscene fees on four or five occasions. My neighbor is complaining that I'm yelling. I don't have parties and she is over reacting and being unreasonable. What are my rights?

To be evicted from your condo by the association requires a court hearing. You have the right to attend and defend yourself. Hire an attorney to help you in court.
