Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois

I have filed a small claims case against a tenant, we have not made first appearance yet, will in four days, however, now that they have been forcibly removed from property, there is more damage done then first thought, how do I ammend the amount of money that I am suing for?

You can amend the amount of the ad damnum by Notice and Motion.

One more item needed is a proposed order for judgment in the new amount. You will also need documentation of the increased damages.
