am looking to fill a partition case in the Chicago area cook county
I want a fixed rate
I am on a note of condo a mortgage all by myself and a partner that is not on the mortgage which he tricked me on is on the deed with me
He lives in the condo now for about 3 years and he has not pay one $1 of the mortgage
my credit has gone bad now i paid as much as i can in the beginning for about 6 months and now the lender has work out a deal for me but i cannot accept it because i want the partner out of the condo and I want to fill a partition to remove him from the deed and to be able to rent the place and for him to pay me my expenses and the first 6 months that I paid out of my pocket the mortgage on the months that he still living there without not paying
My question is there a lawyer that can help me with this for a flat fee of about $1000.00 and if there another way I can fix this issue... Please help

I do not know of any lawyer who would do this for a flat rate of $1000. Partition cases can be rather time consuming. I hope you can find one. Good luck.
I bet you still believe in Santa Claus, too. Sorry, I don't know of anyone who would commit to such a time consuming endeavor for such a small amount of money.
