Foreclosed Home
Our home was foreclosed on and sold. The balance of the loan was about $168K and they sold the home for $198K. Are we entitled to the difference and is there a statue of limitations on this to get this money back? If necessary how would we proceed?

Yes, you are entitled to the deficiency. You should contact the attorneys who represented the lender. They probably don't know where to find you. Yes, there is a S/L.
