foreclosure

im in the late stages of foreclosure. the sale date of my house is oct. 18, 2007. i had a buyer with the closing date set for oct 16 her mortgage fell thru, just found out today. is there anything i can do and if not how soon do i have to vacate the house. the buyer was willing to let me stay for an additional three months

Couple of possibilities.

1. Fight the foreclosure (may be too late)

2. Get more time on the sale from the judge and find another buyer.

3. Find an investor

4. File a bankruptcy.
