Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois

A friend of mine and her two children have fallen on hard times. i am helping her out by allowing her and her children to live in my house and paying the overage of my monthly bills like gas,electric,water and cable. is there any way i could lose half of my house to her?

No. Your name is on the title not hers. She is essentially a tenant in your home.

No, but she has rights about trying to kick her out with no notice.
