i try to get ansfer on this before,,but maybe i dont put the question right.....this is my question again
i refinance my condo 5 months ago,,,my question is, can i still forclosore on the property after refinancing,,,,,,,,,,,,

Your question still doesn't make much sense. If you are the borrower, you don't foreclose, the lender does. And yes, if you refinanced and don't pay the mortgage, the lender can foreclose.
