Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois

Hi,

I'm in the process of setting up a micro-community of mini-houses on a 2 acre plot. Do you know any special rules about multiple mini-houses on a single lot, and/or how do communes do it?

There are so many issues (and "rules") implicit in your question you should be contacting a real estate attorney who handles zoning/development. There are zoning questions, compliance with multi-family housing issues . . . . No "easy" answer.
