Home association question

I live in an Association with a property manager. There are a lot of concerns and questions this month so the property mgr cancelled the board meeting. Can we as homeowners petetion or demand a meeting to answer our questions

Depends on what your bylaws specify. You should have been given a copy when you purchased the property. If not, ask for one.
