If my home gets foreclosed on. Can my daughter's wages be garnished? As she also is part owner of the home?

Part owner? Normally she would have to be on the mortgage loan as a co-borrower, and then if there is a deficiency judgment entered there is that possibility. But without looking at the total picture, this is just an educated guess.
